• Manage authentication and security. Note: user accounts are created and managed solely by school administrators; end users do not self-register.

• Conduct analytics to improve App performance and features.
• Fulfill administrative functions such as billing, reporting, and compliance.

5.1 Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with hosting providers under Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) enforcing GDPR-level protections.

• Data Shared: With hosting providers only. We do not share data with analytics platforms or advertising networks.

• Diagnostics: We do not collect or store usage logs. Crash reports may be generated by the operating system or platform for debugging purposes only.

We retain personal information for the duration of your engagement with the App plus 60 days thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law or permitted for legitimate educational or administrative purposes.

The App is designed for students of all age groups and is used under the supervision of school administrators, teachers, or guardians.
